𝒫𝐸𝑅𝒮𝒫𝐸𝒞𝒯𝐼𝒱𝐸 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆

This acts as the payment to begin our service of creating and designing either a graphic, mood-board, campaign, store display, floor-layout, and other necessary projects for our 𝓕&𝓕 {𝐹𝒶𝓂𝒾𝓁𝓎 & 𝐹𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓃𝒹𝓈}.

This transaction will be simply be used to cover the design work made for this upcoming 𝑅𝐸𝒫𝒰𝑅𝒫𝒪𝒮𝐸𝒟 & 𝑅𝐸𝒟𝐸𝐹𝐼𝒩𝐸𝒟 Collection ~ 𝒫𝐸𝑅𝒮𝒫𝐸𝒞𝒯𝐼𝒱𝐸. The design made will now go through our process of: 𝓇𝑒𝓅𝓊𝓇𝓅𝑜𝓈𝑒, 𝓇𝑒𝓊𝓈𝑒, 𝓇𝑒𝒸𝓎𝒸𝓁𝑒, 𝓇𝑒𝓌𝑜𝓇𝓀, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓇𝑒𝒹𝑒𝒻𝒾𝓃𝑒.

PLEASE NOTE:

For your design to be finalized and sent over, this transaction must be completed alongside the Final Payment. We will will also be mocking up an agreement in regards to the rights of this artwork after payment has been received.

This transaction will not be used to cover the production, creative processes/additions, and what a collection takes to reach the state of what we call ~ 𝑅𝐸𝒫𝒰𝑅𝒫𝒪𝒮𝐸𝒟 & 𝑅𝐸𝒟𝐸𝐹𝐼𝒩𝐸𝒟. This funding will be used for creating and designing on our plan/idea to 𝓇𝑒𝓅𝓊𝓇𝓅𝑜𝓈𝑒, 𝓇𝑒𝓊𝓈𝑒, 𝓇𝑒𝒸𝓎𝒸𝓁𝑒, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓇𝑒𝒹𝑒𝒻𝒾𝓃𝑒 for you. Depending on the agreement made, this transaction may not be used to go towards the actually production process if applicable {i.e. printing, embroidery, stitching, cut-and-sew, etc.}. If necessary, further payment may be requested for the continual process. However, we will keep track of your total costs and consult with you before further action this way we are both in collective agreement.
